The board
The Board of Directors reviews strategy, control, and reporting for Evergreen Capital Bank. James Whitfield chairs the board. Sofia Alvarez, Robert Hale, Amira Hassan, and Thomas Brennan serve as directors. The board does not process customer transfers. It oversees how administrators and leadership apply policy. Meetings consider audit logs, incident response, and whether transfer-code controls remain in administrator hands only. The board is not a
substitute for the login pages. Customers still sign in on log.php. Administrators still sign in on admin/log.php. Directors receive reports, not live session keys.
