Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts

By using Evergreen Capital Bank, you agree to provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and use the portal only for lawful depository activity.

2. Transfer authorization

Transfer authorization codes are issued only by administrators. Codes are not generated at registration. You must accept the Terms before submitting transfers or creating an account.

3. Reviews and holds

Transfers and withdrawals may require administrator review. Funds may be deducted when a valid transfer is submitted; final completion still depends on administrative action. The institution may suspend accounts that show suspicious activity, repeated failed logins, or policy violations.

4. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
